Chocolate Butter Cream Icing

Ingredients:

*175gm unsalted butter

*1 cup soft brown sugar

*1 tbsp soft brown sugar extra

*1 tbsp milk

*1 tbsp cocoa powder

*100gm dark chocolate,melted and cooled.

Method:

*In a large bowl,beat the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.

*Add the remaining ingredients and keep beating until light and thick.

*Refrigerate for 30 minutes before using.
