Cream Cheese Icing

   Cream Cheese Icing can be smoothed to a relatively even finish,or fluffed up for a more casual cake and cupcakes.

Ingredients:
*30gm butter,softened.

*80gm cheese,softened.

*1 1/2 cup icing sugar sifted.

Method:

*Beat the butter and cheese in a small bowl until bright and airy.Gradually beat in sifted icing sugar until the icing is fluffy.(use electric blender)
