Besan Ladoo

Ingredients: 10 Ladoos.

*1 cup gram flour(besan).

*3/4 cup powdered sugar.

*1/4 cup ghee.

*8-10 cashew nuts.

*A pinch cardamom powder(optional).

Preparation:

*In a heavy bottomed pan,add a spoon of ghee.Chop the cashew nuts into small piece.Fry them in the ghee till golden brown and keep asiede.

*In  the same add the gram flour and roast it in a medium flame till the raw smell goes and the color of the flour must have changed now.Be careful not to get it burnt.

*Melt the ghee in a separate pan.

*Transfer the roasted cashew nuts and flour to a wide bowl.

*Add the powdered sugar to the bowl.

*Add the ghee slowly,it should be hot.

*Mix everything well with a spoon, when it becomes warm,make medium sized balls with your hands.
